Job Description
Job Title: Odoo Business Analyst
Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
.Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Saudi Arabian GAAP, tax regulations, Zakat, and VAT compliance.
.Apply knowledge of local financial requirements to ensure compliance.
.Proficiently configure Odoo's accounting modules.
.Understand and integrate other business modules such as sales, inventory, CRM, and HR.
.Effectively gather and analyze client accounting requirements.
.Translate requirements into detailed Odoo functional specifications.
.Identify and resolve accounting challenges using Odoo.
.Ensure data integrity and reconciliation.
.Familiarity with project management methodologies.
.Efficiently manage timelines and resources for the implementation of accounting modules.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
.Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field.
.3+ years of experience in Odoo functional knowledge.
.Excellent experience in preparing BRD, SRS, integration, and user stories documentation.
.Strong experience in preparing and conducting UAT sessions.
.Extensive experience working on projects using the Agile approach.
.Plan business analysis activities.
.Plan the requirement gathering process.
.Manage the scope of work.
.Ability to travel to Saudi Arabia for business needs.
.Validate change requests.
.Proactive and initiative-taking.
.Excellent communication skills
.Create clear and detailed functional documentation.
