Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Odoo Implementer with a solid foundation in accounting principles to join our growing ERP team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience implementing and customizing Odoo, particularly in accounting and financial modules. You will work closely with clients to gather requirements, configure Odoo modules, conduct training, and ensure successful deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and customize Odoo modules.
• Conduct business analysis sessions to gather and document client requirements.
• Configure and deploy Odoo solutions based on customer needs.
• Provide training and post-implementation support to users on sites.
• Collaborate with developers for advanced customizations.
• Perform functional testing and assist with UAT cycles.
Job Requirements
Key Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Odoo implementation.
• Strong understanding of accounting workflows (e.g., journal entries, reconciliation, taxes).
• Experience in configuring Odoo Accounting module (v14–v18 preferred).
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional Odoo configurations.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with multi-company and multi-currency setups.
• Familiarity with localization features (e.g., E-invoicing, VAT, fiscal positions).
• Basic knowledge of Python and Odoo Studio is a plus.
• Arabic and English fluency is an advantage (for MENA-based roles).
