Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze client requirements and translate them into functional Odoo configurations.
- Implement, configure, and customize Odoo modules, including:
- Point of Sale (POS)
- Human Resources (HR)
- Accounting
- Sales & CRM
- Manufacturing
- Inventory & Production
- Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions using Odoo’s standard and custom features.
- Coordinate with technical teams for custom development and integrations.
- Deliver functional training to end-users and provide post-implementation support.
- Create and maintain documentation for implementations, customizations, and training materials.
- Work collaboratively with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an Odoo Implementer.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Odoo modules, including POS, HR, Accounting, Manufacturing, Production, and Sales.
- Strong understanding of ERP workflows and business processes.
- Experience in full-cycle Odoo implementations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, information systems, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Odoo certification(s) is a plus.
