Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Odoo Implementer to join our team and drive successful ERP implementations across multiple business domains. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Odoo for at least 3 years and a strong understanding of business workflows in various sectors. You will play a critical role in analyzing client requirements, configuring Odoo modules, conducting training, and supporting end users throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze client requirements and translate them into functional Odoo configurations.
Implement, configure, and customize Odoo modules, including:
- Point of Sale (POS)
- Human Resources (HR)
- Accounting
- Sales & CRM
- Manufacturing
- Inventory & Production
Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions using Odoo’s standard and custom features.
Coordinate with technical teams for custom development and integrations.
Deliver functional training to end-users and provide post-implementation support.
Create and maintain documentation for implementations, customizations, and training materials.
Work collaboratively with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an Odoo Implementer.
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Odoo modules, including POS, HR, Accounting, Manufacturing, Production, and Sales.
Strong understanding of ERP workflows and business processes.
Experience in full-cycle Odoo implementations.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, information systems, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Odoo certification(s) is a plus.
