Job Description
full-cycle Odoo implementations, from requirements gathering to go-live.
• Analyze complex business processes and recommend best-fit Odoo solutions.
• Configure and customize Odoo modules across domains (Accounting, Sales, Inventory, HR, Manufacturing, CRM, etc.).
• Act as a functional expert for stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Provide functional specifications for developers when customizations are needed.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Train key users and end-users; prepare user manuals and SOPs.
• Mentor junior implementers and assist with their functional training and development.
• Provide Level 2 support and proactively resolve post-implementation issues.
• Ensure data integrity during data migration and go-live cutovers.

Job Requirements
- Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in implementing and supporting Odoo ERP.
• Solid understanding of core business processes: Accounting, Inventory, Sales, Procurement, HR, etc.
• Strong experience in business analysis and ERP process mapping.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo Studio, workflows, reporting, and dashboards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and client interactions simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
