- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Submit and record all orders in system sheets
- Follow up on orders with the shipping company and keep orders status updated.
- Stay updated on product information, services, and any changes.
- Inform customers about products, services, promotions, and upgrades.
