Job Description
- Present and sell company services to current and potential clients.
- Present an appropriate business appearance at all times while working.
- Identifying opportunities for business growth and optimizing marketing strategies.
- Analyzing and expanding business operations toward sustained growth.
- Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
- Following up and keeping the CRM Data updated.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
- Making business calls to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business; responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Education, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education and training industry.
- Strong understanding of the education and training landscape, including different learning formats, delivery methods, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
- High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
