Your tasks:
- Support the successful implementation of ERP systems across various departments.
- Analyze current workflows and suggest smart, ERP-aligned process improvements.
- Gather and document business needs through collaboration with internal teams.
- Act as the link between business and technical teams during ERP projects.
- Optimize operations, create SOPs, and drive smooth change management efforts.
- Train teams on ERP usage and support adoption across functions.
- Coordinate with ERP vendors, consultants, and IT for seamless deployment.
- Create dashboards and reports for real-time decision-making.
- Monitor ERP performance and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.
Job Requirements
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of business process analysis and ERP systems.
- Familiarity with change management principles and training techniques.
- Experience working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel; ERP reporting tools is a plus.
