Search & participate in relevant events to reach our target segment.
Plan & Organize special events to promote and educate existing & new partners about WHAM services.
Explore new channels to attract new clients.
Manage the execution of the digital content with the videographer and social media executive under the supervision of the marketing manager (Cairo).
Work as an assistant producer with the videographer to shoot the in-clinic content (managing the clinic booking and the Doctor’s appointments) (Cairo).
Manage our Exclusive Doctors accounts in Alexandria and be responsible for briefing them before the photo/video shoot.
Prepare the materials, documents and products needed for all events & activations.
Submit required reports about competitors, events and partnership deals or any reports assigned by the marketing manager.
Coordinate with the suppliers for the best products and materials price quotations & quality.
Develop and execute digital content ideas under the supervision of the marketing manager.
Supervise the Ushers in all events ( Cairo) in all related tasks.
Follow up Branches requests (Paper Bags, Signage, Flyers, Stickers, etc. ).
Understands the changing nature of the role and adapts to changing and growing tasks as the organization develops and expands.
Follows any additional work tasks not outlined above but related to job function as requested by line Manager.

Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role
Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends)
Excellent communication and people skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Creativity and commercial awareness
BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline
