Job Description
- Work closely with the marketing team, internal departments and external suppliers to ensure proper implementation of the annual marketing plan in terms of quality of production and adherence to timelines.
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for product marketing campaigns, follow up on their implementation, and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Review all brand-related print materials-including packaging, product catalogues, leaflets, and promotional assets-ensuring color accuracy, proper branding, and data accuracy before submitting files to the production house.
- Attend the printing of local packaging to ensure quality control, color consistency, and brand alignment.
- Coordinate with suppliers to fulfill the sales teams’ requirements including but not limited to product stands, store signage and POSM, monitor production timelines, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Attend the installation of in-store displays and stands and confirm alignment with approved specifications.
- Support outbound marketing activities including market visits, instore activations and events.
- Assist the sales team in creating A+ content for all product categories for use on e-commerce platforms.
- Work closely with the design team on creating new packaging artwork and updating existing packs when necessary.
- Assist in executing social media and digital marketing campaigns by coordinating with designers on campaign visuals, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines.
- Manage influencers and content creator collaborations by selecting suitable partners, aligning on campaign concepts, and ensuring effective delivery to reach the target audience and promote the brand.
- Prepare briefs and attend photoshoots to ensure brand guidelines are met and deliverables are completed as planned
- Coordinate with the brand’s central marketing team to obtain approvals on all designs related to printing materials, social media posts, and any brand-related content.
Job Requirements
Qualification:
- BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent
- 1-3 years’ experience as marketing executive or similar role
Key Skills:
- Fluent in both Arabic & English (spoken & written)
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with adaptability
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiar with Canva
- Must have a car
