Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Administrator "Junior" at National Travel Service. The Office Administrator will handle administrative assistance tasks, manage office equipment, communication, customer service, and overall office administration duties at the Cairo location in Egypt.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
- Proficiency in using office equipment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in the travel or tourism industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's degree preferred
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
- High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
