Job Description
- Lead & Motivate the Sales Team and assure that they will achieve their targets.
- Recruit, Train, and Coach the Sales Team.
- Identifying business opportunities with prospective clients.
- Closing deals with Potential & Big clients.
- Analyzing opportunities by researching the industry and market trends.
- Providing information, support, and guidance to the sales team.
- Keep Informed of New Products and Services.
- Delegate Tasks and Set Deadlines.
- Set daily, weekly, or monthly sales goals.
- Prepare Sales Reports as assigned.
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
- Communicate with teams about their performance.
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
- Track the team performance and prepare progress reports for the Sales Manager.
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Job Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales +2 Years.
- Experience as a Team Leader at least for 1 Year.
- Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal.
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Experience managing and directing a sales team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience or background is highly preferred in one or more of the following: Digital Marketing , E-Commerce, Courier Service.
