The UAE Brand Specialist works closely with the Marketing Manager on understanding and gathering consumer insights and market research, specifically what drives TOM awareness, brand salience and per capita consumption.She/He is responsible for the “day to day” brand topics and processes, support the peers and departments with all brand requirements. Together with the Marketing Manager, they are the brand custodians. His/Her role is extended to the Middle East region and will support on Regional advertising plans and Regional initiatives.All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:Consumer Insights and Market ResearchSupports the Brand Manager with turning data into compelling insights which are actionable and relevant, and ensures these insights are addressed through adequate ideas and plans that bring a local face to the brand.Brand ManagementLeads and contributes the "brand part" of projects of marketing peers as well as on/off premise and trade marketing to create synergy in the plans and successful alignment while having the "consumer" and "brand" eye in every single project and initiative. Works closely with the Marketing Manager and all other country Brand Managers/specialists and International HQ specialists to share learnings, best practices, to align plans, share latest updates and insights.Advertising and CreativeDevelops and implements the ideal advertising plan for the Region while using the right country-specific insights, ensuring international and local learnings are implemented. Works closely with the RBMN to amplify the impact of advertising on own, earned and paid media channels. Supports the Marketing Manager with managing creative and media agencies to ensure correct contractual set-up and strong working relationships to deliver world class creative output and best possible value-for-money advertising plan. Annually reviews media planning and buying with the agency and international together with the Brand Manager.Product and Packaging InnovationLead and manage the internal and HQ process to solid product launches together with sales, operations, and other marketing functions. Collect all learnings to share locally and with International HQ.Business Planning and BudgetWorks closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver the brand part of the business plan. Supports the marketing team in developing and implementing the annual business plan. Prepares, together with the Marketing Manager, the annual plan and financial budgets, ensuring proper project and budget tracking.Relationship BuildingBuilds a strong, transparent, trusty partnership and cooperation with management and personnel. Strengthens agency service and client/agency relationships.Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:1 – 3 years of FMCG brand marketing knowledge and experience.Clear understanding of consumer behaviour in a brand and FMCG context.Generates consumer insights and translates them into successful brand initiatives.Implements the business strategy successfully, while managing associated changes and internal processes.Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen to understand financial statements and market trends.Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills.High standard of integrity with a passion for the brand and commitment to Red Bull values.An entrepreneurial ‘can-do’ attitude facilitated by continuous learning and application of appropriate ‘best practices’.Ability to focus and follow through on priorities and deliver quality.University Degree.Fluency in Arabic & English (verbal & written).
