Strong understanding and experience with Microsoft technologies, including Exchange Server, Active Directory, Intune, Office 365, Azure, backup solutions, and storage.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
