Job Description
1. AI Solution Design and Development
• Develop AI models to optimize business processes (e.g., customer segmentation, recommendation systems, predictive analytics).
• Build intelligent frameworks using advanced machine learning techniques, including supervised, unsupervised, or reinforcement learning.
• Integrate AI into business applications such as CRM, ERP, or marketing automation platforms.
2. Deployment and Optimization
• Deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS SageMaker, Azure AI, or GCP Vertex AI for real-time business applications.
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and resource efficiency in production environments. • Monitor and refine AI systems to adapt to changing business needs.
3. Business Alignment and Collaboration
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and define AI-driven solutions.
• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for non-technical audiences.
• Ensure AI systems align with business goals, ethical guidelines, and compliance requirements.
4. Analytics and Insights Generation
• Leverage AI to generate actionable insights from large datasets for data-driven decisionmaking.
• Design dashboards and visualization tools to present findings to executives and key business units.
• Apply natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision to enhance business intelligence tools.
Job Requirements
Skills and Competencies Technical Skills
• AI/ML: Expertise in supervised, unsupervised, or reinforcement learning, and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Programming: Proficient in Python, SQL, and Java / C++; experience with APIs for integrating AI into business systems.
• Data Engineering: Skilled in handling large datasets using tools like Pandas, NumPy, Apache Spark, and Hadoop (all required together).
• Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS SageMaker, Azure AI, and GCP Vertex AI. • Business-Oriented AI Tools: Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce Einstein, Tableau AI, or Power BI. Soft Skills • Strong problem-solving for business challenges.
• Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g., product managers, data scientists, and business analysts).
• Clear communication of technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Adaptability to emerging AI trends and tools for business applications.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related business-focused field. • Experience: 3+ years in developing AI solutions for business, such as customer experience, operations, or marketing optimization.
