Job Description
- rate production plan.
- Responsible for achieving 100% of the production plan allocated for each line while following predetermined quality and safety standards.
- Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe and efficient manner.
- Design and implement cost-reductive changes
- Drawing up production schedules and budgets.
- Analyzing all faces of production and making recommendation for improvement.
- Assess and analyze current production methods.
Job Requirements
- BSc degree in Engineering, preferable major ( Production ).
- Experience in production of LED lighting products.
- Experience with full product life cycles from prototype to production.
- Experience in operating of LED assembly line machinery ,equipment and tools.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
- Experience in the electrical supplies industry is a plus.
