Job Description
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Site Engineer to join our construction team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site operations, managing equipment and contractors, ensuring compliance with design and safety standards, and handling progress documentation and contractor payment certificates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site operations as per drawings and project specs.
- Manage site equipment and materials efficiently.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure timely delivery of work.
- Prepare and process interim and final payment certificates.
- Monitor work progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Ensure safety regulations are implemented and followed.
- Collaborate with planning and technical office teams.
- Resolve on-site issues to prevent project delays.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in site supervision and equipment management.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and site safety regulations.
- Experience in preparing and finalizing contractors’ payment certificates (interim and final).
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and AutoCAD; experience with project management software is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions on-site.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple contractors simultaneously.
