Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced and passionate Retail Manager (Female Only) to lead the operations of our retail store located in 5th Settlement, New Cairo.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the store's daily operations, supervising staff, achieving sales targets, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain for stock replenishment.
- Implement effective visual merchandising and store display standards.
- Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in planning and executing in-store promotions and marketing initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Female candidates only* (as per the nature of the role and work environment).
- Proven experience (3+ years) in retail management, preferably in fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a dynamic team.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.
- Preferred residence:* 5th Settlement or nearby areas in New Cairo.
