Job Description
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet company revenue goals across KSA and GCC markets.
- Lead and manage the sales team, including recruitment, training, performance management, and motivation.
- Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key clients, consultants, and manage long-term partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and client needs to adapt the company’s sales approach and offerings accordingly.
- Oversee the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with technical and commercial teams.
- Ensure strong follow-up and lead conversion through CRM systems and reporting tools.
- Collaborate closely with marketing to align promotional campaigns with sales goals and provide feedback on lead quality.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring compliance with pricing strategies and contractual standards.
- Report on sales forecasts, performance, and pipeline to senior management.
- Attend key industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to promote the company’s brand and projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B or B2G sales including lead generation, stakeholder management, negotiation, and contract closing within the construction, engineering, or real estate development sector.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven sales track record in KSA and GCC markets, understanding of regional client behavior.
- Strong network of contacts within the construction, contracting, and real estate development sectors.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel across GCC as required.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with public sector or government contracts in the Gulf.
- Strong knowledge of contracting structures, pricing models, and bid processes.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting dashboards.
