Job Description

  • Thorough understanding of customer requirements and communicating with them to have effective quality control processes. 
  • Set quality standards for the safety of the employee during the production process.
  • Monitoring technicians, quality control inspectors, and other members to ensure they perform their assigned duty following quality standards.
  • Eye on the product development process to recognize the defects and deviations in the quality policies.
  • Creating the requirements for raw materials from the suppliers and monitoring their quality compliance.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and statistical analysis.
  • Getting feedback from clients, taking part in meetings, submitting the documentation reports, quality control inspectors, and also helping the external auditors.
  • Reviewing the final product, comparing it with the initial requirements, and rejecting or approving the final product complying with quality standards. 
  • Create new ways to improve the production process techniques to ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Devise ways to come up with new techniques to reduce waste during the production phase and maximize resources.
  • Hire and trains the quality control personnel to assure effective performance throughout the production process.
  • Ensure that national and international standards of production are met during the production/manufacturing processes.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or science.
  • Having knowledge and ample experience in business administration is advantageous.
  • Experience in devising and reviewing project plans, documents, and specifications.
  • Comprehensive understanding of quality control standards and legal standards.
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis, mathematics, and statistical techniques.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing and production processes.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, time-management, and leadership skills.
  • Must possess technical expertise in their domain.
  • Must be detailed oriented at work.
