Conduct Measurement System Analysis (MSA) for both variable and attribute data, and perform quality studies using control charts, capability analysis, and gap analysis.
Follow up on quality projects, support implementation of industrial quality plans, and report test results to direct managers.
Monitor and analyze quality KPIs through dashboards and reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Conduct inspections to ensure process stability and product quality, while refining quality checklists and identifying key characteristics to reduce complaints.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives, investigate root causes of product failures, implement corrective actions, and maintain control plans and PFMEA.
Apply problem-solving tools and manage effective communication of process and material changes.

Bsc. of Production / Mechanical Power / Electromechanics Engineering Alexandria University.
Graduates of the years (2024, 2023) ONLY.
Proved Experience 1-3 years at same role is a Must.
Alexandria Residence ONLY.
Males applying should have a defined Military service status ( Complete exemption or served)
Excellent profession in using Computers and MS office is a MUST.
Proficient in Excel and Power BI for data analysis.
Solid Works & AutoCAD Experience is an Advantage.
Very Good analytical & reporting Skills.
Excellent English Commands both spoken & written.
Good communications skills with all levels of employees.
Attentive & capable of working under pressure.
