Job Description
- Manage and execute HR operational processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee data changes, and benefits administration.
- Maintain and update employee records in our HRIS (Human Resources Information System), ensuring accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits, providing timely and helpful responses.
- Assist with payroll processing by providing necessary employee data and resolving any discrepancies.
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Coordinate and support the new hire onboarding process, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for new employees.
- Prepare and generate HR-related reports and analytics as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain organized and confidential HR files and documentation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- from 1 up to 3 years of experience in an HR operations role or similar administrative function.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and local labor laws.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
