Bringy is expanding its sales team and we're looking for a Telesales Agent to be the voice of Bringy, ensuring clear communication, trust-building and excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
Responsibilities
- Call potential customers using leads provided by the company.
- Present and promote Bringy's insurance products in a clear and compelling way.
- Understand customer needs and offer the most suitable insurance plans.
- Handle objections professionally and work to close sales effectively.
- Follow up on leads and maintain active communication with prospects.
- Accurately record all interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding for closed deals.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about insurance products and updates.
- Participate in training and coaching sessions to continuously improve performance.
- Meeting (and beating!) your sales targets.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- 2+ years of telesales experience (insurance background is a big plus).
- Excellent communication & persuasion skills.
- Driven, target-oriented, and resilient.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
