Job Description

  • Oversee daily operations of distribution centers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse operations and increase efficiency
  • Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews to manage KPIs effectively
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for expanding the distribution centers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute expansion plans successfully
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for warehouse operations to measure performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Analyze data and implement corrective actions to achieve operational goals
  • Develop and manage the departmental budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while meeting service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Ensure all distribution centers comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving performance
Proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain, preferably in a multi-site environment, proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS)
