Logistics Specialist

1. Supply Chain Coordination o Manage end-to-end logistics processes, including procurement, warehousing, transportation, and distribution. o Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of goods.

 2. Shipping & Transportation Management o Plan and track shipments to ensure efficient and on-time delivery. o Select the best shipping methods, negotiate freight rates, and coordinate with shipping companies.

 3. Customs Clearance & Compliance o Ensure all shipments comply with Egyptian customs regulations and international trade laws. o Expert with all Cargo X and Nafeza platforms reequipments. o Ability for creating and checking ACID for any required booking. o Prepare and submit required documentation for import/export activities.

 4. Inventory & Warehouse Management o Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to optimize storage and distribution. o Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper handling of goods.

 5. Cost Control & Optimization o Analyze logistics expenses and seek cost-saving opportunities. o Implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce transportation and storage costs.

 6. Coordination & Communication o Act as a liaison between internal teams, suppliers, and transport providers. o Resolve shipping and delivery issues promptly to maintain smooth operations.

 7. Reporting & Data Management o Maintain detailed records of shipments, delivery schedules, and inventory levels. o Generate reports and provide insights to improve logistics performance.
