Job Description

  • Manage and advise the requirements gathering process by meeting with stakeholders to define the business and functional requirements and system goals and bring these in line with the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Work with Solution Architects and Developers to outline high level and low-level solution designs.
  • Own the Product Backlog and ensure requirements are documented correctly in User Stories. And work with Product Owners to get sign off prior to development.
  • Reengineering business processes/Business Process Management and advise on enhancements based on best practice and Dynamics 365 knowledge.
  • Own the functional design of the solutions being delivered to ensure both user needs are met, and the solution is in line with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities - configure solutions in line with functional abilities of Dynamics.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Min 3 Years of experience in D365 F&O
  • Proven experience as a Functional Consultant working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft SQL Server and database design concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and Businesses.
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations are a plus.
  • In depth knowledge of the D365 Finance Modules (Procurement, Project Management and Accounting, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash and Bank Management, Fixed Assets, Financial Reporting}
  • Demonstrable experience conducting configurations in procurement, purchase to pay etc
  • Demonstrable experience, and understanding, of how configurations can impact the wider business
  • Experience creating and leading workshops / training sessions
  • Must have been directly involved in at least 3 D365FO full implementation life cycles
  • Knowledge of Related Microsoft technologies such as PowerBI, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Data Lake, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft Office SharePoint.
  • An understanding of the broader Microsoft stack and be able to leverage it to create powerful solutions (PowerApps, Common Data Services, Office 365) and working in fast paced Agile environments.
