Job Description

Summer 

Will be responsible for understanding our clients' financial business processes, designing and implementing tailored Dynamics 365 Finance solutions, and providing expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

 Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
    • Conduct workshops and meetings with clients to gather and analyze their financial business requirements.
    • Document detailed functional specifications and solution designs.
  • Solution Design and Configuration:
    • Design and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cost Accounting, and Reporting.
    • Customize the system to meet specific client needs.
  • Implementation and Deployment:
    • Participate in the full project lifecycle, including planning, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
    • Configure and test the Dynamics 365 Finance solution.
    • Develop and deliver end-user training materials and conduct training sessions.
  • Data Migration and Integration:
    • Plan and execute data migration activities from legacy systems to Dynamics 365 Finance.
    • Design and implement integrations with other enterprise systems.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance:
    • Develop and execute test plans and scenarios.
    • Identify and resolve system issues and bugs.
  • Post-Implementation Support:
    • Provide ongoing support to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
    • Develop and maintain solution documentation.
  • Continuous Learning:
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and functionalities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.
    • Participate in relevant training and certifications.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Soft Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration with a focus on Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (typically 2+ years) as a Functional Consultant implementing Microsoft Dynamics AX (2012) or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Strong understanding of core financial business processes (General Ledger, AP, AR, FA, Budgeting, Costing, Reporting).
  • Experience with gap analysis and translating business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 Finance.
  • Experience with data migration and integration concepts.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency 1 in English and Arabic is preferred
