Summer
Will be responsible for understanding our clients' financial business processes, designing and implementing tailored Dynamics 365 Finance solutions, and providing expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Conduct workshops and meetings with clients to gather and analyze their financial business requirements.
- Document detailed functional specifications and solution designs.
- Solution Design and Configuration:
- Design and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cost Accounting, and Reporting.
- Customize the system to meet specific client needs.
- Implementation and Deployment:
- Participate in the full project lifecycle, including planning, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
- Configure and test the Dynamics 365 Finance solution.
- Develop and deliver end-user training materials and conduct training sessions.
- Data Migration and Integration:
- Plan and execute data migration activities from legacy systems to Dynamics 365 Finance.
- Design and implement integrations with other enterprise systems.
- Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Develop and execute test plans and scenarios.
- Identify and resolve system issues and bugs.
- Post-Implementation Support:
- Provide ongoing support to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Develop and maintain solution documentation.
- Continuous Learning:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and functionalities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.
- Participate in relevant training and certifications.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Soft Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration with a focus on Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 2+ years) as a Functional Consultant implementing Microsoft Dynamics AX (2012) or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Strong understanding of core financial business processes (General Ledger, AP, AR, FA, Budgeting, Costing, Reporting).
- Experience with gap analysis and translating business requirements into functional specifications.
- Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 Finance.
- Experience with data migration and integration concepts.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency 1 in English and Arabic is preferred
