Job Description
- Develop, configure, and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system functionalities.
- Integrate ERP and CRM systems with other internal applications and third-party platforms.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support and maintenance.
- Ensure data accuracy, system security, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, customizations, and workflows.
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and testing activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Strong knowledge of system integration tools, APIs, and data migration.
- Proficiency in SQL, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and relevant scripting languages.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion or E-Business Suite is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Dynamics 365 certifications.
- Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) in relevant ERP modules.
