Job Description
- Manage all sales and leasing aspects of assigned properties
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants and retailers
- Negotiate lease/contracts terms with prospective clients.
- Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities
- Regular update on market news and data.
- Should be able to generate leads easily.
- Provide accurate information on the different features of properties
- Present properties to prospective clients in a persuasive manner
- Responding to queries/leads and conducting property inspections
- Coordinating property viewings, follow-ups, and updating of contact management database
Job Requirements
- Applications without a picture will be disregarded.
- 1-2 years of experience in real estate leasing and property sales, working for a Brokerage company or a Real Estate developer.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Own a Car.
- Good understanding about property management, Mall Management and Tenant mix.
- Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
- Customer focus and bottom-line orientation
- Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
- Well organized with excellent time management skills
- Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations.
- Basic understanding of MS Office
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
- Excellent B2B relationship management skills

- Proficiency of English Language spoken and written
