Job Description
- Leading the e-learning division and managing the performance of instructional designers, SMEs, graphic designers and development teams.
- Creating the LOs matrix according to each subject/grade requirements, and assuring their translation into learning solutions.
- Developing variety of tools and software to create engaging, interactive educational content and solutions that meet the needs of the end users.
- Manage the e-content development process from software development, UI & UX, Storyboards, graphics designing, content illustration and gamification, testing and quality assurance and user feedback.
- Keeping connected with the global e-learning community and networks, and translate the new educational trends into competitive learning solutions.
- Leading the process of sourcing, qualifying and testing all the required service providers, and expand their database.
- Coordinating with the Commercial Division on the awareness campaign required for the e-learning product customers.
- Managing the e-learning annual budgets and expenses, and prepare the periodic reports to the board of management on their trends and purposes.
- Representing the company in front of the relevant communities, forums, exhibitions and conferences.
Job Requirements
- University Degree of Engineering, Computer Science or any relevant specialization.
- Post degree (including Master`s Degree) related to Education, eLearning or multi-Media production.
- Field experience of 10 + years, preferably if in educational enterprises.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills, being a certified PMP will be a strong plus.
- Excellent understanding of e-learning principle and learning theories.
- Excellent understanding and practicing of software systems, video, multimedia and graphic materials production.
- Excellent communication and presentations skills
- Good understanding to budgets preparations and management.
