The IT Director will be responsible for overseeing the company's IT infrastructure, systems, and applications, driving digital transformation, and ensuring that technology solutions support business objectives. This role requires strategic vision, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of IT best practices.

• Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and telecommunications systems. 
• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of IT systems and infrastructure to support business operations and data integrity.
• Manage the development, deployment, and maintenance of business-critical applications, including ERP systems,
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to prioritize development projects and support ongoing application needs. 
• Establish data governance policies and procedures to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of corporate data. 
• Implement data analytics tools and techniques to derive actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. 
• Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies and protocols to protect against internal and external threats, including malware, phishing attacks, and data breaches. 
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate risks to IT systems and data assets.
