Job Description
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends and market demands.

- Develop change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of AI solutions within client organizations.
- Provide training and support to key stakeholders to ensure effective utilization of AI tools and technologies.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of AI initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to drive desired outcomes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, earning their trust and confidence.
- Continuously assess clients' evolving needs and identify opportunities for additional AI-driven solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments and trends in AI technology and its applications across various industries.
- Contribute to the growth and visibility of the consulting firm by participating in industry events and conferences.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in consulting, with a focus on AI, data analytics, or technology strategy.
- Deep understanding of artificial intelligence technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Project management experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving innovation and delivering tangible business outcomes.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change in a dynamic environment.
- Certification in relevant AI technologies or methodologies (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty, Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate) is a plus.
