Job Description

• Preparing, organizing and monitoring various projects within the company.

• Establishing strategies and goals that are achievable and measurable, preparing effective plans for the project according to available resources, working to implement them and ensuring their implementation.

• Coordinating between projects so that each project is completed on time.

• Lead and evaluate the team within projects.

• Develop and monitor deadlines and budgets for each project.

• Apply change and risks and identify and manage available resources based on current and expected tasks.

• Taking responsibility for every project and everything that happens to it.

• Identify problems related to the project and work to solve them, through cooperation with members of the project team and meeting with them periodically.

• Choosing the correct project path on the specified dates and times by creating a work plan and grant view delivery dates

• Communicating with the members of the project team and the tasks assigned to them according to plan, in order to ensure that the company meets the necessary requirements for the project.

• Communicate effectively with clients and team to determine project status.

• Collecting and counting information in addition to analyzing it and then summarizing the relevant information collected, in order to be able to prepare reports related to the status of the project.

• Preparing technical points for each project• Preparing reports and submitting them to senior management regarding the pre- and post-project implementation stages.

• Obtaining customer acceptance of the project results and outputs, as well as after completing the project in the technical support phase.

• Conducting an evaluation that includes the post-project implementation phase, and through this evaluation, the successful and unsuccessful elements of the project are determined.

• Meeting with the customers of the sales department during the demo stage and negotiating the price if the sales team faces any problem with the customer regarding the price.

Job Requirements

• Obtaining a bachelor’s or master’s degree

• Possessing a good programming background in addition to technical knowledge

• Proficiency in English, reading and writing

• Possessing sufficient experience and familiarity with all official methodologies in the field of project management.

• The ability to work as a team and direct team members to tasks that suit their specializations

• Proficiency in the process of communication, persuasion, and dealing with different personalities.

• Familiarity with the planning process as well as setting various goals.

• Good understanding of project and program management techniques and methods.

• Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation procedures and management principles.

• Delegating work to team members and monitoring the progress of projects.
