Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- MBA is a must
- Proven experience (+15 Years) Min 5 years as a Sales and Distribution Head, – Preferably in FMCG.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Proven track record of success in distributor management.
- Preferably with solid experience across Wholesale channels.
- Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- English Proficiency; Excellent (Read, Written and Spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs or equivalent IT tools and Power PI
- Demonstrable negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build long-term relationships.
- Presentation and influencing skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
