Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Oversee day-to-day operations.
- Oversee all aspects of production, including sourcing of raw materials, manufacturing processes, quality control, and packaging.
- Lead sales and marketing efforts to expand market reach and increase market share for our products.
- Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to ensure financial stability and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to support business objectives.
- Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements to anticipate challenges and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and promote sustainable practices throughout the organization.
- Represent the company in industry events, trade shows, and other networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Prepare regular reports for upper management.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
- Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
- Strong analytical ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- MBA/DBA in Business or relevant field is a plus.
