Job Description
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Overseeing the academic and pastoral development of students within the designated key stage.
- Collaborating with teachers and staff to develop and implement the curriculum.
- Providing instructional leadership and support to teachers.
- Monitoring student progress and implementing interventions as needed.
- Ensuring compliance with educational standards and policies.
- Supporting the professional development of teachers and staff.

Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
- Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a relevant discipline preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in an international British or American school setting.
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role within an educational institution.
- Experience in curriculum development, implementation, and assessment.
- Familiarity with international education standards and practices.
Certification:
- Teaching certification/license from a recognized authority.
- Leadership qualification or certification preferred (e.g., or equivalent).
