Job Description
- Administer and maintain financial systems (e.g., ERP, accounting software, reporting tools).
- Ensure accurate integration and flow of financial data across systems.
- Coordinate with finance and IT teams to implement system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
- Assist in automating financial processes and developing reporting tools for performance tracking.
- Perform routine data validation and reconciliations to ensure financial integrity.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities from a systems perspective.
- Create and maintain documentation for system processes, workflows, and controls.
- Train finance users on systems and support day-to-day inquiries or system issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial systems.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).
