Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to oversee and manage all financial operations within our Saudi Arabia branch. The ideal candidate must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia and possess strong knowledge of local regulatory frameworks, tax laws, and financial practices. This role is essential to ensuring financial health, compliance, and strategic planning for the company’s operations in the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
Ensure compliance with Saudi tax regulations, Zakat, VAT, and other statutory requirements.
Lead month-end and year-end closing processes and prepare accurate financial statements.
Manage the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure proper financial controls are in place.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic financial plans and monitor performance against objectives.
Liaise with external auditors, banks, and government authorities as required.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide data-driven insights.
Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, SOCPA standards, and corporate governance guidelines.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, or SOCPA) is strongly preferred.
Minimum 6–8 years of finance experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian financial regulations, taxation, and accounting standards.
Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
