Job Description
We’re looking for a Finance Team Lead to join our office in Saudi Arabia. If you’re passionate about accounting, compliance, and team leadership, this is your chance to take on a pivotal role in our growing Finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily accounting operations (AP, AR, GL) and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Manage monthly and annual closing processes in line with reporting deadlines.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements for the Saudi entity and provide variance analysis.
- Develop management reporting packs and presentations for senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi financial reporting standards, VAT, Zakat, WHT, and Income Tax.
- Perform bank, AP, AR, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Lead the annual audit process and act as the main point of contact with auditors, tax advisors, and regulators.
- Monitor cash flow and support banking operations.
- Lead, coach, and develop the local finance team.
- Support FP&A with budgeting and required data.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- 6+ years of accounting experience, including 2 years in a senior role.
- Prior experience in the Saudi market is a must.
- Professional certification (CPA, CMA, IFRS, ACCA) preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
