Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team and oversee all accounting operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing daily accounting processes, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
Job Requirements
- Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements, providing accurate reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and local tax laws.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
- Manage and guide the accounting team to achieve financial and organizational goals.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare budgets and financial forecasts.
- Improve accounting systems and ensure their efficient use.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA certification is a plus).
- Minimum 5-10 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and local tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make informed financial decisions.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
