About Pencil
Pencil Media Production is an LA-based Digital Marketing & Video Production Agency providing our clients with high-quality, cinematic, and creative videos and social media marketing that helps them generate more qualified leads and grow their revenue.
Note: This is a remote job for a US company. Must be willing to work US hours 9 AM to 6 PM PST.
Job Responsibilities
- Create Digital Marketing Strategies for our clients in different industries.
- Manage the digital marketing team of content creators, designers and web developers.
- Run & manage media buying paid campaigns across all digital channels (Google Ads, , LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter).
- Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix
- Research competitors’ digital strategies and media sponsored used to improve client performance
- Submit quarterly reports for campaign performance and KPIs achieved & create media buying sheets
- Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of reports, budgets, campaign performance, and other channel metrics
- Presenting media proposals, including timings and cost breakdowns regarding the previously mentioned platforms.
- Creating social media calendar content, in its various formats. From conceiving the concept till the execution of the content itself.
- Working hand-in-hand with the Art Team.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop social media campaigns
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in areas such as digital marketing, advertising, brand management .
- Social media and digital marketing campaigns experience.
- Experience in working with digital marketing solutions
- Experience in Media buying across all platforms
- Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role
- High organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Organized, detail oriented with the ability to collaborate, co-create and contribute to teamwork in multicultural environments and adapt to the changes
- Conceptual thinking & creativity with a strong commercial mindset
- Fluency in English is a must.
