Job Description

Job Opening: Customer Service Representative – Female Only (E-Commerce Industry)

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team at our office in Nasr City.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide information about products and services.
  • Assist customers with order placements, changes, and cancellations.
  • Resolve complaints and issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.

 

Job Requirements

  • Females only
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Previous experience in E-Commerce companies is a must
  • Presentable, well-spoken, and customer-oriented
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations professionally
  • Fast learner and eager to grow
  • University graduate
  • Preferred residents of Nasr City or nearby areas
