Job Description
- Responsible for preparing MPP Manpower plan for the organization.
- Conducts candidate recruitment process; reviews and evaluates employee qualifications; maintains eligible applicant pools and refers candidates to hiring departments.
- Hiring qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for job openings.
- Design and update job descriptions.
- Conducts background checks and employee eligibility verification.
- Handle all administrative tasks for on-boarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems.
- Be the primary backup for payroll processing, including; monthly updates to employee files, bonus/incentive pay, tracking vacation/sick pay and benefit changes.
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants and employees.
- Assist in the communication, interpretation, development of employee handbook, an organizational chart, and implementation of HR policies.
- Participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Assist in the performance management process.
- Implement training and development plans
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree 5+ years of experience in HR functions
- HR Diploma is a plus.
- Excellent command of Arabic, English
- Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
- Familiar with labor legislation and payroll process
- Solid understanding of full recruitment cycle
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
