- Handle company recruitment process (Screen, filter & conduct Phone screening interviews).
- Responsible for recruitment for Sales, Retail positions
- Responsible for preparing job offer, contracts and hiring documents
- Handle the on boarding of new employees.
- Handle the resignation of existing employees and their proper and on-time replacement
- Bachelor of Business Administration, Commerce or any other relevant major.
- Years of Experience: 1-3 years, preferably in Telecom Operators, Banking or massive hiring Call Center/Retail.
- Very Good command of English
- Good in communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to travel within Egypt
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to meet deadlines
