Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven and client-focused Account Manager to join our media sales team, specializing in out-of-home (OOH) advertising, particularly billboard sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in media sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to develop long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell billboard and out-of-home advertising solutions to new and existing clients
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Identify client needs and provide customized advertising solutions
Create and present sales proposals, media kits, and performance reports
Negotiate contracts and close advertising deals to meet or exceed sales targets
Work closely with internal teams (creative, operations, finance) to execute campaigns
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities in the OOH sector
Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client communications, and contract details
Requirements:
Proven experience in media sales, preferably in out-of-home or billboard advertising
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with media buying and planning processes
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of local and national advertising markets
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Existing network of media/advertising industry contacts
