Job Description
• Support the marketing department's initiatives with executing marketing plans
• Setup tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.
• Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage.
• Create copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistency with proofreading and editing in coordination with the content specialist.
• Assists with developing and managing content and social media marketing programs, including blogs and public relations efforts
• Assist in writing and editing content for different platforms such as social media, website, and press releases
• Organize and streamline service offerings into user-friendly concepts.
• Post marketing kits, new offers and packages on related websites
• Post visuals on related social media platforms
• Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports
• Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs
• Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing related data
• Keep promotional materials, kits, and packages ready by coordinating requirements with involved departments
• Manage Community tasks along with the Community Specialist by supporting in replying to direct messages via social media platforms, tracking lead generation on the social media platforms, and performing related data entries in the System.
• Coordinate with graphic designer and quality teams for visuals descriptions and needed documents for the mobile app
• Prepare captions, hashtags and voice over for social media posts
• Coordinate all required activities as per the monthly marketing plan
• Simplify complex data into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts and other visual aids for clients and management.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications or equivalent Work Experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, advertising concepts or similar roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies.
• Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior.
• Expert knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Ability to gather large amounts of data and convert it into meaningful analysis.
• Solid organizational skills and detail oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Photoshop and web editing packages.
Language Skills • Arabic, English and French is a plus
