Job Description
- Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
- Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions to meet delivery times for complete orders.
- Monitor production costs and expenses.
- Develop, implement, and review manufacturing policies and procedures.
- Plans, schedules, and reviews workload and manpower to make sure targets and all required resources are being met on a cost-effective basis.
- Meet high production standards for new products and be in contact with suppliers for corrective actions when needed.
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
- Confirms that health and safety regulations are followed.
- Work with the top management to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
- Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
- Support worker communication with the management team.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a production manager preferably in the extrusion industry or similar.
- Bachelor degree in Engineering (electrical / mechanical), Manufacturing systems, Project management.
- Excellent command of English Language.
- ERP software literal.
- Details oriented & Analyzing Information.
- Good organization skills.

- Good communication skills.
