Job Description
- Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing goals
- Create and curate high-quality content for all social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and written posts
- Manage and schedule posts across all social media platforms using Hootsuite or similar scheduling tools
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze and report on social media metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and conversions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotions that drive engagement and conversions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new ideas for social media content and campaigns
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field
- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing
- Proven track record of creating engaging content that drives results
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Experience with Hootsuite or similar social media scheduling tools
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Google Analytics
