Job Description
- Prepare and review shop drawings, as-built drawings, and material submittals in accordance with project specifications and design drawings.
- Coordinate between architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to resolve design conflicts or clashes.
- Assist in preparing quantity take-offs, BOQs, and material lists.
- Ensure that drawings and technical documents comply with contract requirements, codes, and standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams for technical issues and approvals.
- Follow up on drawing submissions and approvals with the client and consultant.
- Support the procurement team by providing technical data for material selection and vendor evaluation.
- Participate in technical meetings and provide input for engineering solutions.
- Maintain proper documentation and logs for drawings, RFIs, and approvals.
- Support planning and scheduling activities with technical data.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, , or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, depending on specialization.
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, AutoCAD, Revit) are a plus.
