Job Description
- Organizing all shipments ocean and air export shipments from start to finish.
- Ensuring the integrity of export documentation such as bill of lading, commercial invoice and packing list.
- Organize and manage all necessary documentation.
- Enter shipment information and prepare billing upon confirmation of delivery.
- Detailed report of all shipments starting from receiving it till delivery it to our customers.
- Provide shipment tracking, excellent customer service and problem resolution.
- Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to take important decisions based on.
Job Requirements
- from 2 to 4 years experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Lives in Fayoum, Giza or October
- Expertise in statistics and visualizing data
- Communication Skills and Solution-oriented
- Provence in Excel i.e ( Pivot Tables, Functions, Interactive excel dashboards, Etc.)
- SAP USER and Logistics Experience would be a huge advantage.
