Technical Office Engineer

We are looking for a Technical Office Engineer with strong experience in firefighting systems to join our engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing technical and financial offers, developing detailed engineering packages, and coordinating with suppliers and project teams.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
2. Maintains project database by entering and backing up data regularly.
3. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
4. Issue technical and follow up reports regarding the project for top management.

                Tendering 

• Review and evaluate firefighting systems and engineering documents for tenders and projects
• Capability to contact suppliers and sending RFQs for pricing.
• Preparation of technical offers complying with tenders’ specs and requirements.
• Preparation of financial offers.
• Prepare and submit project deliverables on time and within budget.

               Technical office (Engineering)

• Preparation of detailed firefighting engineering package (philosophy, design calculations, general plans, isometrics, hydraulic calculations, piping engineering, specifications and data sheets, bill of quantities).
• Preparation of materials takeoff MTO.
• Conduct a comprehensive comparison for all prices and choose the best and competitive vendor and release PO.
• Attend project meetings and collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project execution.
